As part of our growth and to complement our team, we would like to fill the position FAE Manager (m/f/d) for our location in Tapei, Taiwan on a full-time basis:
Your tasks:
Be responsible for Technical Pre-Sales Activities & Technical solution promoter
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing both pre-sales and post-sales technical support
- Coordinate internally with R&D and Engineering teams to address customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure timely resolution
- Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations effectively
Cross functional communication
- Work closely with sales team members to develop existing and target customer relationships, including RFI/RFQs and new project development
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with the factory to address customer questions, requirements, and issues, serving as a bridge between the customer and the factory
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, technologies, and competitive landscape. Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer requirements and market insights
Reporting & Process compliance
- Collaborate with the factory and internal teams to provide required reports to customers
- Support the completion of internal RFQs, project kick-off processes, and ensure projects transition smoothly to mass production
Your Profile:
- Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin (Japanese is a plus)
- University Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Ability to work independently
- High sense of responsibility and open communication style
- Strong understanding of market trends, ability to analyze competitor capabilities, and experience in establishing and maintaining customer relations
- Open for business trips
